Q.

hello doctor my baby is 4 month 23 days old, her weight is 6.250kg . my doctor suggest me to give OSSOPAN D SUSPENSION to baby daily 3 times of 2.5ml for 1 year and said no need to give vitamin d3. I really concern by not giving vit D3. please tell me. should I give vitamin D3 along with OSSOPAN.

A. hi frankly telling you that ,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines. just feed your child on demand as you are lactating mother ,eat easy to digest food. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner. but if you want to give such supplements ,it should be given only as per your doctor's prescription so as your doctor has suggested to not give vitamin D3 drops ,you should not give it .
