Hello doctor! my baby is 3months 2 weeks old. when I feed during day time even after burp he spits milk out, sometimes all the milk. But during night time when he takes the feed he does not spit the milk out, he only sleeps after the feed. What can be the reason. he is super active throughout the day

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Do not over feed the baby. Do not move the baby too much after feeding. Always feed the baby in an upright position. Burp the baby during and after each feed. Make sure that after feeding, you make the baby sit on your lap in an upright position for atleast 30-40 mins to avoid cases of spitting or vomiting of milk. This happens due to an immature digestive system and resolves as soon as the baby starts sitting.
