Hello Doctor, my baby is 3 yrs old., since 1 hour she is crying saying stomach pain. since yesterday she was hvng fever we gave her levocetrizene and cefpotech+suspension for 2 days., today we dint gave any medicine. could you pls suggest

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common vucauses are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult yourb doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

A. If your child is still facing with stomach pain and still crying then you should get it checked with your doctor there could be multiple reasons behind stomach pain so you need to be more sure about it as accordingly the further medication can be suggested for the child
