hello doctor. my baby is 3 years old.. he is having fever since 3days.. when I gave him paracetamol fever descreses.. but again in 5 hrs fever get increased.. fever goes high by 101.1°F .. plz tell me what to do and how to get rid of this fever

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a fever which gets reduced with paracetamol but reoccurring after few hours so he needs proper antibiotic and plenty of fluids
