A. no Your baby should not start any kind of milk, other than mother breast milk or formula until six months of age. if mother milk is not enough Give Dexolac formula milk . I started with some other brand but my need ended by using Dexolac formula only at the end as it was well suited to my baby.

A. For a 3-month-old baby, cow's milk is not recommended as a substitute for either breast milk or infant formula. Here’s why: Why Cow's Milk is Not Suitable for Infants: 1. Nutritional Imbalance: Cow's milk lacks essential nutrients like iron, vitamin E, and fatty acids, which are crucial for a baby's development. 2. Difficult to Digest: The proteins and minerals in cow's milk are harder for an infant's digestive system to process, which can lead to gastrointestinal issues. 3. Risk of Anemia: Cow's milk can irritate the lining of a baby's stomach, increasing the risk of microscopic bleeding and iron deficiency anemia. Recommendations: If breastfeeding is not an option, continue with an infant formula designed specifically for babies. It is fortified with the right balance of nutrients to support your baby's growth and development. Cow's milk can be introduced after 12 months of age but only as a part of a balanced diet. If you’re considering any changes to your baby's feeding routine, it’s always best to consult with your pediatrician to ensure your baby's nutritional needs are met.
