hello doctor my baby is 3 months old and she has not done urine from last 12 hours...is it normal in summers or should i consult doctor?

A. the urination frequency of the child is more than 7 times throughout the day then there is no issue but if it is less than kindly give breastfeeding at more frequent interval and keep the child in cool atmosphere and meet your doctor if it is still not improving
