Hello Doctor My baby is 3.5 months, pooping 2-3 times watery and in olive green color without crying. For this one doctor has advised below medicine is it right or no? Flejyl syrup Cephalexin syrup Sporlac powder 2 time Please help

A. hello dear mom. Mother’s milk is best for the baby so continue breast feeding . of the above medication is advice by doctor after examination, do follow as advice.
