Hello Doctor My baby is 2 months old since day one he make noises and break his body also after every feed even after taking burp he vomits milk. Some times curd type puke. Please suggest

A. hi. due to gases trouble babies do such noice. burping is key to avoid it, do practice ger daiky tumny time, n oil massage. motger shoujd eat healthy diet. o k
