Hello Doctor My baby is 2 months old and is developing dark brown but soft ear wax more often. Does it indicate an ear infection? Baby us not fussy.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is normal in babies. If no pain or no pus coming out then no worries. Clean the ear from outside using soft cotton cloth. Do not deep clean inside the ear canal as it can hurt your baby
