Hello doctor. my baby is 2.4 years old and she is very selective on food items and hardly eats solid food. these days she is behaving very irritated and angry. can this behaviour may be due to vitamin deficiency?

A. yes, such irritable bahavior can be due to iron deficiency. give her iron rich foid and once get her hb test or cbc test done. all the very best
