AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom
weight is on the Lower side.
Egg,ghee, dry fruits, banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, chicken etc are some of the weight gaining food that you can include in ur baby diet for weight gain.
secondly
if ur baby has started digesting dairy products then u can introduce milk with little quantity and see the results.
If not vomiting ,no stomach upset, no rashes on the body then u can start giving.
