Hello doctor, My baby is 11month old. He has gastric problem. Doctor has written Syp Rantac 75mg/5ml. Can this syrup be given to baby ?

A. hi yes it can be given. doctor gave this to my daughter

A. As the we don't see in the medicine description for infants, it says only for adults. As there was confusion while giving the prescription want to clarify whether this can be given.

A. give the pediatrician has prescribed some medicine follow his guidelines Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
