Hello doctor my baby is 10 months old and from 2 weeks he is very cranky and not eating food properly what may be the reason ?

Teething, This is the most common and most possible reason as of now what I can think of because you are saying that your child is irritated your child isn’t eating so all these signs are quite common when a child is having its teeth so just maintain proper care which you are supposed to do while the child is having its teeth
