Hello doctor, my baby is 1.4 years old. He is having high fever from two days and his blood test looks like this. can u please tell me what's wrong?

A. hi. thats look like some infection. better to consukt abd taje right advice from ur treati g doctor. as he or she knows more detsil history about it.
