limit use of diapers.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

If You are making your child wear diaper for a really long time that could be one of the biggest reasons to have a rash is like this it would be advisable that you do not make your child wear diaper and apply proper Boroline into that area on regular basis so that your child does not have much of rashes
