hello doctor my baby has like this red spots when we are touching they are too hard what's the reason ? please suggest me reason

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it looks like fungal infection for now you can apply terbinaforce cream twice a day for 7 days and maintain good hygiene and then you need to consult your doctor one for a proper treatment
