A. Hello ma’am Normally the tongue of a child is inside only if you feel that it’s hanging out all the time then I would advise you to consult an ENT specialist for the same because an ENT doctor can only help you and guide you over this issue because these areas are under their expertise so it would be best to consult a specialist ones
