Hello Doctor, My baby girl is 3weeks old, initially she had a bit of trouble latching and breastfeeding, so I expressed milk and gave it to her through a spoon. She also used to have a top feed at night time again through a spoon. Now from past one week she has been latching well. My concern is that at night her milk demand increases exponentially. She just want to keep suckling and won't sleep at all. She even stopped taking milk through spoon so Iam not able to top feed her. Please can you provide your expert feedback regarding what I should be doing. #asktheexpert

A. most of the times baby will be getting the required milk within 20 minutes of active sucking afterwards simply baby meri sucking the milk as dream feeding are as per comfort
