Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be baby acne, eczema or allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics so if a child is feeling discomfort, and if it is increasing , please visit your pediatrician apply Cetaphil lotion on this
