hello doctor, my baby boy is now 6 month old. his birth weight was 2.5 kg. now his weight is 5.2kg.is it very less??? pls reply doctor..

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom it is fine as it is expected that by the age of 4 to 6 months they would almost double their birth weight you can now introduce the baby to weaning foods and alternate it with your feed.
