Hello doctor my baby boy is 4months old now can I start cerelac to him or ragi Java or any fruit by grinding plz suggest me doctor

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, do not start weaning food at the age of 4 month..good to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods
WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months
