My baby boy is 1 month old, yesterday whole night he did not sleep and yesterday he did not pass the motion but he was moving his tummy somewhat, he is accepting feeding and today he passed motion. But today he is crying continuously in sleep also

do not worry it is normal for a baby to cryit s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at allgas is a common issue and affects all new born babies. avoid bottle feeding . Burp baby well for 15 mins after each feed. Can do cycling motion of legs. Can make baby lie on tummy to relieve gas. Give gastica drops 1 ml for ease.
Colic pain is worse at night and needs drops meftal spas 1 ml . Give mother feeds only
