Hello Doctor, my 3 year old daughter has a swelling gum on the tooth which was half broke 1.5 years ago. I don't know why gum has swelling now on broken tooth. i am not sure it is because broken tooth or she accidently hit something on gum. should we worry about that, this swelling is there past 3 days. Thank you.

A. yes. it might be due to infection in the same tooth. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get proper treatment done please do not ignore and visit asap
