Hello Doctor..my 2 months 6 days old daughter is pooping foamy and little watery for the past 3days frequently..is it normal or should I give any medicine please suggest me

Loose motion are most of the time inhfective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and itvbs known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
