hello doctor my 2 month baby did not poop from last 48 hours....he is taking mother feed as well as bottle feed

A. if you're giving formula feed constipation is common problem in this age of the babby you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day and cyclic motion of the legs helps in relieving gases try giving bm only
