Hello, Doctor My 2 and 1/2 year baby is pooping 3 to 4 times a day. She is also very weak. After feeding her anything she pooped within 1 hour. I am really concerned about her growth. Please help me.

A. The most likely cause of needing to poop right after eating is the gastrocolic reflex. This reflex is a normal involuntary reaction to food entering the stomach.Nothing to worry
