hello doctor , meri daughter ko constipation ki problem ho rahi hai since before 3 months wo potty karna nahi chahti use hard potty ati hai jisse wo der gayi hai or potty rokti bhi hai mai use dekhkar kafi pareshan ho jati hu .plz mujhe bataye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye khane me or kya kya de sakti hu jisse ye problem thik ho.Thanks

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3.6 years old and she is having a constipation so give her plenty of water and papya and apples crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily
