Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
Give milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups that attracts baby toward food.
U can buy #Babyhug sippy cups that are attractive and colourful and BPA free.
Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain.
In the breakfast u can give sooji porridge, ragi porridge, idli, upma, poha, prantha with curd and butter, egg etc to ur baby
