Hello doctor, Meri brest Mein ganth bn rhi h.. Wo na bne or jo bni h wo thik ho jaye uske liye kya kru? Kya ice pad use krne se wo khatam ho jayegi? Please guide me.

A. better consutl your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygeine in the area

A. Apply a frozen wet towel, cold gel or ice packs, or bags of frozen vegetables to your breasts for 15 minutes at a time every hour as needed. (Put a thin cloth between the ice pack and your skin.) Avoid tight bras that press on your breasts. A tight bra can cause blocked milk ducts.
