Hello mom phele tho force na kare , kyun ki karne se koi use nahi woh aur harm he karega .. tho aap vegetables ko alag form mein present kare jaise ki aap usko vegetable soup bana de ya pure banake flour mein mix kare aur colorful roti ya Puri ya stuff paranthas bana k de . Same aap rice mein bhi add kar sakte hai

Hi Try to include vegetables into your child’s diet in some way or the other if your child is not interested in having it directly then just add them to a Paratha or something then give it to the child like a stuffed Paratha or something maybe that would work for you or maybe Frankie or maybe a roll or something
