U Should stop giving milk to the child that’s the best thing that you can do for your child currently because the diarrhoea is increased with continuous lactose so worst you need to stop giving that to the child and after that if you want you can just consult your doctor a proper course of medicines at probiotics can we suggested by you a doctor only
