Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breadst milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your baby munakka everyday in the morning on an empty stomach it should be given to the child in the form of paste on a daily basis
