hello doctor, meri 2 saal ki beti hai use 5 dino se fever bar bar ho raha hai or chest me congestion or cough hai woh kuch bhi nahi kha rahi hai pani tak bhi theek se nahi pee rahi hai doctor ko dikhaya bhi dawai dene k baad bhi uski coughing ki problem theek nahi ho rahi hai or chest me congestion se bahut pareshan hai

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be aggain repeagted after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
