Hello doctor Mera beta 1 year ka hai Kal se use fever,vomit hai or aaj notice kiya uske scrotum k aas pas swelling ho gyi hai. iska reason bataye

A. Hai good morning !! As you have observed swelling near scotrum physical check up is needed to find out the cause so consult your paediatrician or local doctor on this. Give more water,soups for hydration as baby having fever ,vomitings do sponging give semi solids,fluids soups,kichdi for easy digestion.
