hello doctor mera baby 10 month ka ho gya h uska abhi tak koi teeth nhi nikla hai or wo abhi khud se chal bhi nhi paata h kl raat se uski awaj bhi nhi nikal rhi h uska kuch gala sa beth gya h please kuch btaye

10 months pe sab bache nahin chalte.
teeth nikalne k liye bhi app 18 months ke age tak wait kar sakte ho

1.for teething,no need to worry
it is normal.
just wait for few days more.
2.for Walking, it is too early to expect it
babies at this stage of age learn to Stand on their feet
so walking they can learn at age of 12 to 18 months
