Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. U Wait for a month at least let your body settle down and once you’re physically fine and then you go ahead with the exercising that you want to but still before you start exercising I would advise you to take a confirmation from your gynaecologist
