Hi, Hair fall after delivery is a temporary process. Since you’ll be breastfeeding take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid in between like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, water, coconut water, Dal water and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Always oil the hair and leave it for half an hour and then take head bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water. use natural shampoos. Repeat this once in a week or twice in a week.￼
