Hello doctor last Tuesday we got her 45 days vaccine done ,when she had fever have her paracetamol 0.5ml from that day till today she is going motion green in colour, is it normal kindly guide me

A. yes it look normal and currentely has no fever then do not worry about it. try to feed her breast milk longer from one side then swich to other side
