hello doctor.. last time my boy had vomiting and motions so prescribed onbit syrup before food.. from last 2 days back he had fever and constipation now he ok but feeling nausea and not eating proper food so can i give onbit syrup before food? he is not having vomiting only nausea

A. zincovit syrup. cdConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
