hello doctor it's my 8th week of pregnancy can I have eggs

As far as I know eggs are not restricted the doctor say that you should in fact have them they highly regent routine and very good for you so you can have but in a very moderate amount as you know is added speak I hope you don’t get too much of heat in the body or lose motions because of eating more eggs
