Hello doctor,it's been 6 days since my son has not passed stool ,I m worried,is it normal or not

It’s normal for a small child to not motion for about 10 or 12 days also at a stretch but the only thing is that if the child is taking feeding properly the urine output is good no problem if you feel your child is extremely discomfort or all then you put us in suppository anal region of the child
