It is for my 1year 10 month old son Ayansh.

As we noticed from last 4-5 days Ayansh is itching in back side and small 'very light' white spot in his face as we are assuming this is intestinal worms.
is that ok to give medicine for intestinal worms now at this age?
if yes then can you please suggest any medicine for same.

if worms issue you can notice in the stool and in the anal area.. 
you can give zental syrup or Bandy suspension for worming issue consulting your pediatric..
better you should Consult the doctor.. and then follow accordingly..
