Hello Doctor. Is it right to give 3 meals a day for 7 months old? does rice and wheat porridge provide enough nutrients for my baby? How many times milk a day for 7 months? How many ML of water is essential?

How are you baby is seven months old so baby should take at least 100 ML water in a day rather than this you should give at least four meals in a day and a diet plan according to that. Now you can also start giving a ragi, oats, egg all these things are very healthy for babies.
