Hello doctor. iam 6 months pregnant, iam suffering with lower pains and headache severely. may I use medicine for this or dolo tablet.

A. then you can. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. Hi parent you may take paracetamol if you have fever please don't self. medicate take a sip of lukewarm water every half an hour in the day time
