Hello doctor I want to know about the healthy diet for 3 year old kid.

A. Dear mum, for 3 years old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins to baby’s diet. Give pulses and legumes as well.
