hello Doctor I want to ask you .my daughter shivanya is very weak.after every one or two week she gets ill .

getting sivk frequently under 5 to 6 years ages quite common as they lack the immunity.
give the child with protein rich food on a daily basis such as egg meat, also give dry fruits and fruits.
give the child with milk product such cheese butter ghee.
also you can give vitamin c food to increase the immunity
