Hello doctor i m pregnant and suffering from anal fissure due to which i m having alot of pain,,doctor prescribed me acelofenac pain killer and said its safe till 9 month of pregnancy…plz tell me is it safe can i have this painkiller

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 11 months agoA. taking painkillers for long is not recommended, but since you have severe pain , you can take when needed . use jatyadi tail at the local site , its effective as well as safe during pregnancy

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. If it has been suggested by the Gyn then it’s ok otherwise u may need to check with your Gyn first then take it if the doc is advising so in case of doubt u may check with your doc once regarding the same so just check with your doc
