hello doctor, I'm pregnant and my lmp is 24/10/2023 so which day i can expect my delivery date.

you are now 36 weeks .
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor, whether your conditions are favorable for normal delivery
