Hello Doctor, I'm a lactating mother of a 2 month old baby boy. I do eat Sabudana adding jaggery to it. Is it possible it will cause severe gas in my baby?

A. no problem you can eat no gas in the baby small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
