hello doctor, I m 2 nd time pregent with obese now I m 33 week of my pregency from 3 days I feel severe pain left side of my naval area nd when I touch my belly it becomes more painful hurt when I stand pls give me solution??

it is not normal
you must consult your gynecologist,it is very very important.
please take Healthy and nutritious diet
but avoid overeating.
take easily digestible food items like khichdi rice fruits etc more
keep your self well hydrated
